2018: A Year in Review

As we are heading into the New Year we thought it would be the perfect time to revisit of our projects from 2018! This year we have completed five projects, we have four projects currently under construction, and ten projects in planning. 2018 has been a very busy year for the Lock7 team and we cannot wait to see what the New Year brings. THE COLLINS (1344 Maryland Ave NE)

The Collins, located at 1344 Maryland Ave NE in the Atlas District, is a ground-up construction project that features eight new condominium units. The Collins delivered in February 2018 and sold out just shortly after. Unit 7 was featured in an HGTV House Hunters episode this year!

GLICK COURT (660-664 Glick Court NW)

Glick Court, located at 660-664 Glick Court NW in Shaw, is a ground-up construction project that features six new condominium units. This gorgeous development delivered in May 2018 and is now completely sold out. One interesting fact about this project is that the units are located in an alley that Lock7 helped name!

THE HEWITT (3018 12th Street NE)

The Hewitt, located at 3018 12th Street NE in Brookland, is a new construction project that features three new 2BR/2BA condominium units. The Hewitt delivered in May 2018 and sold out in July 2018.

THE HAMLIN (1715 Hamlin Street NE)

The Hamlin, located at 1715 Hamlin Street NE in Brookland, is a ground-up construction project constructed by Harbor Builders that features eighteen new apartment units. The Hamlin delivered September 2018 and only 4 units remain!

EXTRA SPACE STORAGE (1250 Taylor Street NW)

Extra Space Storage, located at 1250 Taylor Street NW in Petworth, is a new storage facility with 68,000 rentable SF with just under 1,000 fully climate-controlled rentable lockers. This location also features a 20,000 SF combination of green roof and solar panels on the roof. Extra Space Storage delivered in November and is now renting!

THE ASHFORD (705 Irving Street NW)

The Ashford, located at 705 Irving Street NW in Park View, is an eight-unit new construction project. The building features six 1BR/1BA and two 2BR/2BA penthouse units.
