A look around The Louise

We are excited to announce that The Louise is complete! Located at 1710 10th Street NW,  The Louise is a conversion project from a single family home into a new two unit luxury condominium in the sought after Shaw neighborhood. The Louise offers buyers a residential neighborhood just steps away from the Shaw- Howard Metro stop, local coffee shops, some of DC’s best dining and necessities like the local Giant & Whole Foods. In addition to the luxury finishes, The Louise also features a user-friendly Nest thermostat, customizable Elfa closet system, pre-wired security system and European oak hardwood flooring.
