Construction Commences at 321 18th Street SE

We started construction this week at 321 18th Street SE, our new 10-unit development in Hill East. We experienced some delays with the purchase of the building due to the previous owner being in bankruptcy and having to wait on court approval of the sale. But, despite the holding period, we are excited to begin work on this project.

Our first stage of construction is two-fold. The first part is demolition of most of the existing framing which was originally installed by the previous owner and does not meet building codes or our standards. We’ll tear down this work and improve it with all new framing. The second part is preparing the basement for new plumbing.
