Construction Update: 921 R St. NW

We are starting off the New Year with a new project! 921 R Street is a renovation project located right next door to The Burlingham. This is one of the many projects over the last year that have been located in Shaw. Although this is a new project our construction team has been working quickly to deliver this project by early-Summer 2017. When complete, this project will be a single family home with mother-in-law basement suite. It will feature 3 bedrooms with 3.5 baths. This project will also feature a finished garage that could be utilized as a studio space, office, or an indoor/ outdoor lounge space. Currently, our construction team has framed the space, all subcontractors have completed their trade work and drywall is up. In addition, we are finalizing the finishes and interior details for the building. By the end of this week we will be ready to order some of our tile and flooring. We are very excited that construction is swiftly moving forward, our next step is to give this building a name!
