Operations Coordinator

Lock7 Development is a real estate development firm specializing in developing residential condos and apartments in Washington, DC. We are looking for a talented individual to represent our company in our interactions with our buyers, real estate agents and other clients. This candidate will ensure buyers are provided with great customer service from their first open house to home ownership. The individual must be organized, customer service oriented and enjoy the challenge of supporting a fast-growing company. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in real estate, property management and/or construction. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide buyers with professional customer service
  • Meet with buyers to conduct homeowner orientation and acquaint them with their home’s features and maintenance requirements
  • Coordinate unit repairs with homeowner and contractor in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain service request records
  • Coordinate homeowner walkthroughs, follow-up visits and routine check-ins

Requirements

  • College degree required
  • Ability to represent the company in a positive, professional manner with excellent communication skills
  • At least one year experience in construction, real estate or property management
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Details

  • Full Time position (M-F, 8:30AM-5PM)
  • $35-50K annually based on experience 
  • Office located in Logan Circle
