Our Latest Project in 3…2…1: 321 18th Street SE

We took a short break from blogging, but we return with news of our latest project: 321 18th Street, SE, an existing 10-unit property that will see 10 renovated units after completion. 321 is a mix of 1-2 bedroom units: four 1br/1 ba, six 2br/1ba and two 2br/2ba. This will be our fourth renovation project in the Capitol Hill area (recently completed Lock 7 projects include 718 I St NE, 308 9th St SE and our current renovation of 623 6th St NE). The building has been vacant for a while now, so our plans for restoration were exciting news to neighboring residents!

The main things I love about 321 are the natural light and surrounding outdoor space-two things that are hard to find in city living spaces. Each of the units has a private balcony or terrace and there is a bigger community backyard for its residents.

While many people would classify the 321 site under “The Hill,” the neighborhood where these units are situated is actually called “Hill East.” It sits just east of Capitol Hill’s historic district. Our plans for the 321 site are a small part of the development happening in Hill East.
