We completed this new six-unit project in the heart of Glover Park in Summer 2014.  Glover Park is one of the most charming, tree-filled neighborhoods in DC, which makes it one of our favorite places to look for new buildings to purchase and re-develop.  The building, located at 2323 40th Street NW, was a dilapidated four-unit rental building that we purchased and added two additional units for a total of six units.  The building now has two new units in the cellar, which are walk-out units, as well as new mezzanines at the top of the building.
