3614 12th Street NE: Construction Update

Our team has been very busy over the last couple of weeks at 3614 12th Street NE! 3614 12th Street NE, is a conversion project of two vacant retail buildings into an 11 unit condominium building. This new development is located in the booming Brookland neighborhood located near both the Rhode Island Ave-Brentwood Metro Station and the Brookland-CUA Metro Station. When this development is complete it will feature four 2BR/2BA, three 1BR/1BA, two 3BR/2.5BA, one 3BR/2BA and one 1BR/1BA with den. The last time we updated you our team was installing kitchen and vanity cabinets as well as bathroom floors and wall tile. Since the last time we updated you, our team has completed the exterior facade and front entrance of the building. Currently our team is installing hardwood flooring as well as plumbing fixtures and backsplash tile. In the next week or two we will begin to install door hardware, cabinet hardware, mirrors and light fixtures. We plan to deliver 3614 12th Street NE in Spring 2019.
