David Gorman, Co-Founder and Principal, has a BBA in Marketing and Management from Emory University. A native to the DC area, David oversees the design and construction of Lock7 development projects. His knowledge about the local real estate market and his expertise in design and construction management ensures that Lock7 produces quality workmanship and projects run smoothly and on schedule. David is a licensed, bonded and insured general contractor in Washington, DC and a licensed real estate agent in Washington, DC and Maryland.
Chris has been working with Lock7 as an independent consultant since its inception. He has an extensive background in the real estate industry. Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University, then an accounting degree from the University of Maryland University College. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Jordan Fox, Director of Operations, has a B.S. in Business Management from North Carolina State University. Jordan brings over 10 years of project management experience to the Lock7 team having worked across different brands and industries to create, implement and improve processes. As apart of the Lock7 team, Jordan oversees the day-to-day operations, helping to streamline tasks and communications. When not in the office, you can find her hosting dinner parties for friends or scrolling Pinterest indulging her design interests.
Gabe grew up on the coast of North Carolina and later relocated to Raleigh, where he graduated from North Carolina State University in 2022. After earning a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, Gabe worked as an Analyst at APG Companies, focusing on land and investment sales across the Southeast. In his free time, he enjoys volunteering with nonprofits, playing tennis with friends, and exploring Raleigh’s newest restaurants.
Angie recently relocated from Colorado and joined our team in Raleigh, as our Operations Manager. She graduated with a degree in Business Management from Boise State University. With over 12 years of experience in property management, she specialized in lease-ups, value-add projects, and re-stabilizing underperforming communities. She later transitioned into new home sales, working in master-planned communities and cross-selling a variety of residential home products across Northern Colorado. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her family—whether hiking in the mountains or, more recently, camping by the beach.
Grace is a native Washingtonian and grew up learning the real estate development business from her father, an architect, and her mother, a real estate agent and interior designer. After graduating from Kenyon College with a degree in Anthropology, she worked in the hospitality and travel industry. As an Assistant Project Manager, Grace supports all aspects of the Lock7 team including construction, sales and marketing. In her free time she enjoys spending time outdoors, trying new restaurants, and going to the beach with family and friends.
