Patrick Conway, Co-Founder and Principal, has an MBA in Finance from the Robert H Smith School of Business and a BA in Economics from Georgetown University. Patrick spent twelve years in finance, working as a Trader in New York and later Washington, DC, and maintained entrepreneurial endeavors in the DC and Baltimore areas. In 2007, he left trading altogether to focus his career in Real Estate Development. Patrick’s financial background, knowledge of DC real estate and architectural inspiration enable Lock7 to successfully identify, project and account for each development project. Patrick is a licensed agent in Washington, DC and Maryland.
David Gorman, Co-Founder and Principal, has a BBA in Marketing and Management from Emory University. A native to the DC area, David oversees the design and construction of Lock7 development projects. His knowledge about the local real estate market and his expertise in design and construction management ensures that Lock7 produces quality workmanship and projects run smoothly and on schedule. David is a licensed, bonded and insured general contractor in Washington, DC and a licensed real estate agent in Washington, DC and Maryland.
Chris has been working with Lock7 as an independent consultant since its inception. He has an extensive background in the real estate industry. Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University, then an accounting degree from the University of Maryland University College. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Shea joined the Lock7 Development team as an Acquisitions Associate in the Fall of 2017. His primary focus is on multifamily acquisitions in DC and the surrounding areas in Maryland and Virginia. Prior to joining Lock7 Shea worked as a Business Development Associate at a shared office space startup company in Baltimore and as a Development Intern for Horning Brothers in Washington DC. He graduated from Clemson University in 2014 with a degree in Marketing and is currently pursuing a Masters in Real Estate Development at the University of Maryland. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and cheering on the Clemson Tigers football team.
Jordan Fox, Director of Operations, has a B.S. in Business Management from North Carolina State University. Jordan brings over 10 years of project management experience to the Lock7 team having worked across different brands and industries to create, implement and improve processes. As apart of the Lock7 team, Jordan oversees the day-to-day operations, helping to streamline tasks and communications. When not in the office, you can find her hosting dinner parties for friends or scrolling Pinterest indulging her design interests.
Erin Crowder manages the marketing, design and office operations of Lock7. She has a B.A. in Sociology from City University of New York. She worked in sales and design in Brooklyn, NY before moving back to DC where she worked with a top producing real estate team as the Marketing and Operations Manager for several years before joining Lock7. Erin is a licensed real estate agent in Washington, DC and Virginia. In her free time she enjoys time with family and friends, yoga and traveling.
Mark Mullen graduated from Hofstra University in 2013 with a Bachelor's of Science and completed his Master's in Construction Management from Drexel University in 2018. Mark works as a project manager to oversee the construction of new projects. Mark's main tasks include scheduling, budgeting, negotiating subcontracts and quality control. Mark has worked in DC real estate since moving to the area in 2014. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, hiking and fly fishing.
Dylan graduated from Virginia Tech in 2017 with a B.S. in Real Estate and a minor in Property Management. He worked as a Multi-site Property Manager for a Real Estate Investment Trust prior to joining Lock7 as an Assistant Project Manager. Heenjoys spending time outdoors, exploring the local food scene, and traveling on the weekends.
Gabby Garcia graduated from the College of William and Mary in 2013 with a BA in Economics and International Relations. She is currently working on her Real Estate Development Master's at Georgetown University. She worked in construction consulting in New York City and Miami prior to moving to DC. As Assistant Project Manager, Gabby completes all permit applications, collects subcontractor bids, and helps oversee the overall construction of new projects. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, trying out new restaurants, going to concerts, and spending quality time with family and friends.
