This was a conversion from an existing house into six new condominium units. We had so much success across the street with the Harvard Row at 1449 Harvard Street NW that we decided to buy another building on the same block. This building was especially unique because the floor plans called for several multi-level units and two private roof decks. The building now has three off-street parking spots. It is also only two blocks from the Columbia Heights Metro station and walking distance to all of the restaurants and shopping in Columbia Heights, Adams Morgan and the U St. Corridor.
