The Grayson was a four-unit condo conversion in Chinatown only one block from the Convention Center Metro stop. The house had been vacant and gutted for several years. The previous owner was an investor who couldn’t finish the project and decided to sell the building. Lock7 Development added a mezzanine level to the building and underpinned the basement to add another unit.
