The Thompson Condominium is a new four-unit building only a block from the U St. Metro station. Lock7 acquired the site in the summer of 2011 and removed the existing outdated house on the property. The new building is a mirror image of the Thomson Flats, which was another four-unit building Lock7 completed in early 2011.
